Work With A Provider

All employees and their spouses and dependents have access to six free counseling sessions per year with Optum EAP. Sessions can be accessed via virtual, hybrid, or in-person options. Couples counseling is included.

For extended care: Coverage will shift to the behavioral health benefits under the employee's insurance plan. Contact an Optum EAP specialist to discuss the option of staying with the same clinician.

Asynchronous engagement can begin immediately after being matched with a provider. Employees have access to six Talkspace sessions at no cost by using their EAP benefit.

Clinical nursing staff are eligible to participate in a pilot program with Headspace Health. This will provide rapid access to various levels of clinical care. Eligible employees and their dependents have access to unlimited mental health coaching and up to 8 free visits with a licensed therapist. For more information, Click Here
