Health care is a dynamic industry. It is becoming more transparent, more consumer-driven and more focused on supporting wellness and prevention of disease.

Through cooperation and collaboration, health care providers can better meet the changing needs of the community and proactively work to improve the care we deliver. Strong connections allow us to share best practices, spearhead new initiatives and to raise the bar for better patient care across the region.

With that aim in mind, TMC Health works with a range of organizations to help improve the health and wellness of the Southern Arizona, from accountable care organizations to hospital alliances, for clinically meaningful collaborations.

TMC Health is aligned with Abacus Health, an ACO working to improve patient care, population health and cost control. Patients are provided access to information and resources to assist them with their care.
