At TMC Health, we believe that every child’s journey is a story of strength. The TMC Health Foundation is honored to announce the launch of the TMC for Children Ambassadors Program. An expansion of the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Champion Child initiative, this program celebrates the diverse journeys of children across Southern Arizona and features our first ever Physician Ambassador.

These ambassadors represent the wide spectrum of pediatric specialties offered at TMC for Children. Whether they have navigated the complexities of type 1 diabetes, overcome necrotizing pneumonia, or spent their earliest days in our NICU, these children reflect the diagnoses seen across our hospital every day. More importantly, they reflect the courage and spirit that define our patient families.

We are also thrilled to introduce Dr. Catherine Cosentino as our first ever Physician Ambassador. A fixture of the Tucson Medical Center community since 1991, Dr. Cosentino has spent over three decades as a pediatric surgeon dedicated to the health of our children. Her partnership with CMN reinforces a vital message: that exceptional, specialized pediatric care must be available to every child who needs it.
