We offer a Fair Market Value (FMV) compensation plan for providers weighted by an average of two sources. We also practice compensation and productivity alignment, ensuring that pay and incentives are directly related fairly to you and your team's performance.

When you join TMC Health, you are guaranteed an employment period of one year plus two consecutive quarters, providing 18 months total.

We organize our on-call system by specialty, so you always reach the right expert right away, ensuring you receive quick and clear communication.

TMC Health currently utilizes EPIC, V11.24 as it's EMR across our non-rural hospitals and clinics. Providers also have access to Microsoft's AI scribe, DAX, for note creation. TMC Health participates in TRAIN which helps health care organizations implement health AI in trustworthy and responsible ways.

Our medical group is comprised of over 170 providers, with 60 primary care providers. Our physician leaders partner closely with our CEO and leadership team, creating a supportive culture that keeps staff engaged. As a result, our turnover rate is under 7%—much lower than the national average.

Patients consistently rate TMC among the top in the region. In national surveys including Press Ganey, our provider network earns a 90-recommendation score and our clinics an 88 score. TMC Health also holds strong star ratings—3 stars for our hospital, Tucson Medical Center and 4.1 for our medical group, TMCOne—showing the high level of trust and satisfaction our patients have in us.
